ZNRH-G new intelligent high and low pressure lubrication station is suitable for the thin oil circulating lubrication system of large equipment such as mills with double sliding shoes, rotary kilns, etc. High and low pressure thin oil lubrication equipment is a device that circulates and feeds thin oil lubricating medium. The low-pressure part of the equipment supplies the medium to the lubrication point of the equipment (with a relatively moving grinding pair). After the lubrication point is lubricated and cooled, it returns to the oil tank of the equipment; the high-pressure part of the equipment supplies the medium to the equipment static After the bearing is lifted, lubricated and cooled, it returns to the oil tank of the equipment; the medium returned to the oil tank will participate in the next cycle of the system.

Thin oil lubrication
When the friction surface of the mechanical motion pair is in relative motion, because the surface directly contacts and generates frictional resistance, a part of the energy transferred by the machine is consumed by the friction and the surface heats up, and the parts are worn at the same time.
